My Next Flight has attained the Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (ATOL) whereby we can provide our customers with an ATOL protected holiday. ATOL is a financial protection scheme for UK travel companies and over 20 million holidaymakers and travellers are protected each year.

For every person who buys an ATOL protected holiday from My Next Flight, we pay into a fund that is used by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) so in that in the unlikely event that something happens to us and you have not yet travelled, you can receive a full refund, and if you are abroad, you will not be stranded and will be returned home safely by the CAA at no extra cost.

ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services on this website. When you purchase an ATOL protected flight or package from My Next Flight, you will receive an ATOL Certificate from us that confirms your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL license. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected.
